Event Policy: Event Policy: Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. Each ticket will allow (1) person to enter this event. The only REFUND of this ticket price will be in the case that this event is CANCELLED. In the case this event is postponed and rescheduled, hold on to your ticket, as it will be accepted at the rescheduled event. Gates open 60 minutes prior to the event time. • Please have your phone charged and ticket(s) ready for scanning when you approach the gate. • No backpacks or bags. • No outside food or drink, and no re-entry upon exiting the venue. Indoor COVID Policies and Procedures In accordance with the September 2, 2021, New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Guidance, Masks are required for student-athletes, as well as coaches, staff, and spectators. In addition, people with medical or developmental conditions that prevent them from wearing a mask may be exempted from mask requirements, as documented by a medical provider. SECTION III IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES OCCURRING TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY. Bearer of each ticket assumes all risks and danger incidental to this tournament contest and releases the SECTION III and all agents thereof from any and all liabilities resulting from such cases. Bearer of each ticket agrees to adhere to local and/or state mandates related to COVID-19 including, but not limited to, the wearing of facial coverings and maintaining social distancing. Bearer of each ticket understands that all photographs and videos taken at this SECTION III event are for personal use only and that use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
